Indian Hills Apartments

After being here 7 years I am upset with management. They never answer the phone during business hours. They never return your calls. And I have been trying to get the holes in our kitchen ceiling fixed. It's been at least 4 months since the maintenance people had to cut the holes. The response I get is they want to get the empty units filled instead of fixing the units that residents are paying rent for.

Dawn was incredible to work with. I was needing an apartment quickly and Dawn went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. The apartments are clean and well maintained and I am very excited to live here.

I moved this apartment for a few months now. I highly recommend the Indian Hills for anyone seeking a clean and well Managed Apartment. The management staff very professional, friendly and helpful with a good attitude. In general a great place to live.

Do not recommend renting here!! I signed a 12 month lease and the second month after moving in the AC stopped working and they brought us a portable AC unit which was only for the living room which meant every other room in the apartment was hot. Every time we called the office we were given excuses and they never fixed it the rest of the time we lived here. Had to find another apartment 2 months before my lease was even over because of how hot it was outside. Its been over a month since my lease ended and I still havent been contacted at all over my deposit which at this point I would not be surprised if they kept since its seems like all they care about is money. Its very hard to find a reasonable priced apartment in Sioux City right now but I really recommend not renting here.
