Clean, quiet, great view of the course and sunrise at breakfast. Wonderful lobby/foyer and deck. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious rooms. Initially I had considered staying at a chain hotel, but am now glad I picked Qube. I continue to stay here when in the area.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel roughly 3 weeks ago and it was a great stay! It is located in Polk City which is a nice, quiet suburb with a great community. The hotel itself is tucked in a really nice neighborhood surrounded by houses so you have zero worries about your personal belongings and safety. The hotel is on the smaller side, which we enjoyed, less complications and other people to deal with. It was clean, friendly and quiet. The staff was great and handled anything we needed. The rooms were clean and the ammenities they supplied was perfect. The location is perfect too, even though you are outside Ankeny and on the north side of Des Moines, we could leave the hotel and be in downtown Des Moines within 30 min. From the hotel to the Airport only took us 40 min. You can leave the hotel and get to anywhere you need to be around the Des Moines area within an hour easy. Was a great hotel and a great stay!
