        DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! Absolutely the worst apartments I have lived at. First day of renting and no one told me when to come when to meet. I just started moving in then got yelled at for doing so. Then no one still came to do a walk thru with me ever. So I started living there and paying rent like I was supposed to. Then came the infestation of wasps inside the apartment that took then over three months to actually take care of. Then when moving out the dinged me for literally everything that was already wrong with the apartment before I moved in and took all my deposit money leaving me with less than 400$ when moving out. These people are horrible! ADDENDUM: Thank you for trying to cover up the wasps that inhabited my fireplace and that came into the apartment and had to be boarded up to keep them out. Again highly allergic. Also took three months to fix. As they came in and flew around and crawled everywhere. I called and was hung up on and told I was being dramatic. And the bees outside were hornets. I have pictures they we huge! To be expected as you said but not wasps inside where I am to be safe along with my children.

      Courtney - After touching base with our team, it sounds like your move-in experience was a bit unique since there was a miscommunication with your move in date and scheduling of key pick up. Our apartments did experience a bee hive on the side of one of our buildings, not a wasp infestation, and our pest control vendors handled it. It can be expected when we're surrounded by some wooded areas! Finally, our records show you received roughly $357 of your $400 deposit back, outside of a minimal cleaning fee, which is necessary to welcome a new resident. We wish you the best in your next home search!
