During the process of looking for houses he was very objective and gave us the space to form our own opinion. However, he did provide guidance when we asked for his opinion.

Austin was great to work with! He was able to answer our questions and if he wasn't sure he found the answers within a few hours. Since we didn't live in the area that we were making the home purchase, I appreciated the video he sent us of when he did a second look for us. It was so detailed and extremely helpful. Even after the closing he has continued to remind us of things that need to be done, like transfer of warranties, etc.

Being a first time home buyer is scary, but Austin made the entire process so easy and accessible. There was no such thing as a "dumb question" (and I asked a bunch of them) - Austin walked us through the entire process and made sure that we felt comfortable and knowledgable about what to look for when finding a mortgage, looking at houses, and going through the inspection and closing processes. He turned the scary process of buying your first house into a smooth and enjoyable one. I highly recommend working with Austin if you are starting the home buying process - it's a ton easier when you have someone in your corner who genuinely has your best interests in heart!
