    I like the products. Salesman is average, likes to show superior knowledge. The guys at the parts counter are pleasant to chat with and know their stuff as well. Overall a good variety of outdoor products for around the home.

    This is not a review of what I purchased but rather the setup of my new tractor. I have been extremely pleased with my Kioti cab tractor. I bought the tractor sight unseen. I had a few options added and they delivered it to my house. Unfortunately, "delivery" was literally that. I did not get a walk through or anything. As a new tractor owner, that would have been nice. Thankfully, youtube saved the day. I jumped in my brand new tractor to start getting a feel for it, and it immediately started overheating. I contacted the dealer and to their credit, they sent someone out. They discovered that antifreeze had not been filled. Okay, mistakes happen. Fast Forward 1.5 years later. I finally was able to purchase a grapple for the front end loader. It took 4 months lead time (a different company) and when it finally arrived, I hooked it up, the lid opened but then wouldn't close. Long story short, in addition to the antifreeze not being filled, the installation of the 3rd function was missing one of the solenoids. I discovered this while talking to the manufacturer of the 3rd function kit. They provided excellent troubleshooting and helped me determine what I needed. The most likely reason was the solenoid needed to be removed for installation on the chassis rail but wasn't re-installed. I went to the dealer and literally took a picture from the manufacturer's website and pointed out exactly what was needed. Tim promised the sun, moon, and the stars to get it to me overnight while subtlely not taking responsibility, hinting it could've "rattled off". The other solenoid retention nut needed a wrench to loosen, so not buying it. And because I never got a walk through, they never proved it was working at delivery. However, as long as I got it, I could move on. As promised, I received a package the next day. As I looked forward to using my brand new grapple for a weekend project, you can imagine my frustration as I opened an overnight package containing nothing but the solenoid retention nut. I immediately notified Tim, who called me and whined , "I take one vacation day and this happens". Perhaps if Tim was more competent, communicated accurately with his vendors, and took responsibility for his team, he could enjoy his vacation days more. By the way, I took a half day of vacation to use my new grapple (unsuccessfully), so I had no empathy. Anyway, after waiting a week to have a functioning grapple, I finally get what I needed due to the followup of the 3rd function manufacturer. I was really hoping for a local dealer I could trust, but it is clear that Mowbility can't be counted on to service or accurately set up tractors or mowers. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere - I definitely will be and already have purchased a zero turn mower at a competitor.

Thank you for leaving a review and I apologize that this process did not go as well as it should have. Drivers have been trained in sales helping them work with customers that do or don't shop in person, along with our pre-delivery inspection process being improved immensely since you purchased your new tractor. It didn't help this situation and all we can do is apologize in hindsight.That being said, in your own words, you had your tractor for 1.5 years. This was a large black 3rd function piece mounted to the front of the tractor that would never have left WR Long, or our shop, without it. When it was installed, it would've gone through the PDI process to make sure it was installed properly. WR Long, themselves, said there is no possible way that you would've been driving around for a year and a half, and not noticed it. When you talked with our service manager, he asked to have the tractor brought to us, or picked up to check it out, and you refused because of your timeline. Instead, you contacted WR Long and talked with them about sending you the missing piece. Since they were going to charge you for it, you brought it back to our store and demanded we replace it. Never once did we see a picture of the tractor, or piece missing or even the tractor itself. You carried in a 3rd function picture of what you said was missing, from WR Long, and we had to take your word for it. You also gave me the name of someone that didn't even work at WR Long, making your story even less believable. Despite your blatant disrespect and inability to listen to reason in our store, I called and ordered the part. After asking a couple of folks at the vendor, I found the person you talked with and they said they had everything you requested and would overnight it, at my expense. I told them to go ahead so we could get you running before the weekend, even without proof of a damaged or missing part. When the wrong part arrived to your house, you sent a nasty message through our text service letting me know that the wrong part was shipped. I immediately called you, without whining as you described, and tried to understand how the wrong part was sent out when you and WR Long talked about what you needed, without anyone from our staff being involved in the conversation. I tried to explain that I was on vacation but would figure it out, but instead you screamed, cussed and yelled and then hung up on me. If you would've listened, there would've been an understanding that I'd get the correct part overnighted, again, at my cost, with zero proof from your end. Instead of having an adult conversation to get to the bottom of this, yelling and hanging up seemed like a better option, I guess. I called WR Long and had them call you to make sure the correct part got sent out, overnighted again at my expense. Once again, no proof it was not damaged or knocked off. The only reason you came to me was to pay for it, without any proof.Brad. I'd been asked by multiple folks within our business to not deal with you for a myriad of reasons, before meeting you in person. It took me meeting you for the first, and only time, to understand what they were asking. The internal agreement was made that we would get the part to you, and that would be the last time we would ever serve you in either of our stores. We're not your personal slaves, and I will not allow you to treat our employees as such. The combination of extreme arrogance and ignorance, while talking down to some really intelligent people will not happen again in my presence. We hope you found a great dealer that can take care of all of your needs and agree that we're simply not a good fit for you, either. Thanks for leaving a review and next time you're upset with someone, share all of the facts. It will make you more credible when telling the story.
