Steve has helped me buy/sell houses over many years. He's extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and sincere. One very important property we were buying it was Steve who discovered and warned us that part of the house was built on property still owned by another party, which the listing agent was unaware of. My wife and I appreciate all Steve has done for us!

A little over a month ago I was looking for a realtor in Ottumwa to help me list and sell my Mothers house. I live 3 hours from Ottumwa, so was needing someone that I could feel confident with, who had the experience and knowledge of the Ottumwa market to do a great job for me. After speaking with Steve on the phone I knew he was the realtor that I would use to list the house. We met a few days later at my Mothers house to discuss the house and sign the listing agreement. Today the house now has new owners. Steve is amazing!! I had the pleasure of being his tenant for almost 4 years and then had the privilege of him being my Realtor. He made the process of purchasing a home so simple which was great as a first time home buyer because I was very intimidated by the process. Steve is a very kind hearted person and walked me through the process. He kept things simple and I felt very confident in the purchase. I would recommend him and his business' to anyone looking for a home or looking to sell your home. If I could give him 10 stars I would because he is that amazing!!
