        I went to great clips today, checked in on line..got there 1 person named debbie was the only one cutting hair with a 4 hr wait !!! She was so nice and kept apologizing for the wait !! I watched several people leave , call and did not want that wait !!! Bad for business , if not for her i would not go back !!! You need more people cutting hair !!!! Awesome job debby!!!!

        Online Check-in was down. I very much did not like waiting behind 6 other customers when there was only 1 employee cutting hair. 3 was me being generous!
