        I highly recommend Aspen Dental. The staff was real friendly and it is a pleasant environment. I am super pleased with my dentures and anytime I have an issue the staff are very helpful.

        Services are entirely to expensive. This is why most people don't receive dental care. $12,000 to get my teeth fixed and that's after insurance, this is entirely to expensive

        My experience with Aspen dental in Ottumwa Iowa was awful to say the lest. From the receptionist to the newly hired dentist we will call JD . On this visit I was there because my final dentures were not centered properly. Meaning my two front teeth were off centered. The tech could see that was the case and so did JD . JD then said he didn't like my rude attitude and became so mad that he ripped his lab coat off and stepped towards me . I really thought he was going to hit me but he then just walked away in a huff . The manager then walked past the tech and I to speak to him . About 5 minutes later she again walks past the tech and I and never said a word. They did fix the denture and I've not been back since. Aspen dental in Ottumwa Iowa does not even deserve the one star I gave in order to write this review .
