Jackie is always friendly and works quickly to answer our questions. She had the information we needed and communicated she would be out if the office the week we planned to purchase vehicle. Brenda took over and worked with us efficiently to complete the process. She was friendly as well and got us set up and ready to go. We appreciate there outgoing personality and the fact they take the time to know all of us and treat us like family.

Meridian Credit Union has a slogan where it feels like home and it couldnt be more true. The atmosphere at Meridian is very welcoming. It is obvious they are all part of a team that works well together. They make you feel like you are someone not just a file number. Jacki Grant does a phenomenal job as a loan officer!! It is important to her that clients stay informed, and her goals are met each day in regards to clients needs. Jacki listens and treats you with respect. Meridian is without a doubt a 5 star choice!!
