We were so happy with their roof replacement. They did a great job and they were on time. John gave us good advice and a very reasonable quote. They actually have someone in the office to answer the phone and she was very good in communicating when they would replace the roof. We will definitely use them again if we need any more work done. Working with Spring Valley was a good experience from start to finish. The initial quote was accurate, questions were answered promptly, they worked directly with our insurance company and the installers were professional. Andy goes the extra mile to make clients happy and Crystal (front office) was SO knowledgeable, helpful & patient!

John and his crew did a great job on our new roof & gutter's. They were very respectful, kind, and nice people to work with. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job you need done. Great job guys I fully intend to call them again when I get ready to do the siding on my house .
