        Called them on a Saturday to see if FedEx picked up packages and I was told, Yes, they will be here between 11&2 to pick up packages. So I dropped off an overnight package that had to be delivered within 72hours and I got a text today(3 days later) saying it never got to the destination. Called here and they said it NEVER went out because we dont have pickup Saturday or Sunday, but I was told by the worker that they did have pickup Saturday. So not only do I have to wait even longer to get a new one to send back out, my package was sitting there with human specimen in it for 4 days!!! You guys shouldnt have a FedEx pick up if you cant send things out.
