    I've lived here at legacy for the last 3 years and dealt with a couple of different people in management. I will say to anyone whos had any issues, managment is always super helpful if you reach out! Thank you to Brody for always listening to concerns. Its not easy taking on management for a complex but youve been great! Some are upset about plowing durring the snow removal but I understand when it snows it takes time to get to the lot. HUGE KUDOS to maintenance (I believe its matt, sorry I cant remember the name) but he works incredibly hard and takes a lot of pride in his job. 4/5 stars because I noticed a week after I renewed that they dramatically decreased rent prices which was disheartening. Love the staff though!

    When I first moved here, things were great! The pool was clean and available for the entire season. We could use our club house with only a refundable deposit, the snow was plowed after the snowfall. Rent was reasonable. No cigarette butts on the driveways. Guests were able to park by our buildings. No one was towed due to an emergency. Hallways were not littered with candy wrappers, ends of food, etc for days. With the new management things have gone downhill. We now must pay $200 to rent our own clubhouse. When planning for a bingo night they did not even order enough pizza. It is a good thing we can now use Quantum Fiber since CenturyLink left several of us without service for 7 days. They also increased rates without notice. Our rent went up 9% - the biggest jump since moving here.
