We have built two homes with H&H Homebuilders. Both homes exceeded our expectations. It is the attention to detail and quality work that really makes a difference. Both Randy and Gerry were great to work with, always available for questions or concerns throughout the building process.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience working with H&H Home Builders! Gerry & Randy are exceptional at what they do! Their level of communication, professionalism, and knowledge in their craft is top notch! We have toured many fantastic H&H parade homes over the years, when it was time for my family to build we knew it had to be an H&H home! The quality, craftsmanship, and customer service provided has been a dream! We are so happy with our custom build and would recommend H&H to anyone. These guys have been incredibly easy to work with, we always felt like we were in good hands. I will always recommend H&H to anyone! We've been in our new home for about a year and a half now and couldn't be happier!

They built us a great home, and any time we compare home building experiences with others people are shocked at how much we enjoyed it. All their vendors spoke so highly of Randy and Gerry as well

H&H Home Builders built our forever home earlier this year, and we are very happy with how the project progressed, and absolutely love the finished product. It is a dream come true. Building a custom 3,500 square foot modern farmhouse style ranch home was a huge financial decision, and we feel very lucky to have had Randy and Gerry on our team through the entire process. They have a wealth of experience and we never had any doubt throughout the build that they had our best interests in mind. They are real and honest people, great communicators, and masters of their craft. My wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a high quality custom home.

Bad service. Dishonest company. Took $20K from us and did not do what they agreed per contract. If I could put 0 stars I would. I am not one to write reviews online but I really feel strongly that you need to know this is not a good Builder or Company to deal with! I am a local Iowa City Realtor with more than 25 years experience in Iowa City. Randy Hahn is the most deceptive and arrogant Builder/Contractor I have every met. . Randy now after dragging us along for a year refuses to refund the $20,000 and has told all the sub-contractors that my wife and I have worked with on the house to not work with us. Randy told the subcontractors that if they do work with us that H & H Builders will never use the subcontractors again. Randy even said if another contractor builds our home and the subcontractors work on our house for them he will never use the subcontractor again. This is the exact nightmare scenario people worry about when working with a bad contractor. I would never work with H & H Builder or Randy Hahn or recommend anyone to work with H & H or Randy Hahn. Randy is a very dishonest person. Instead of talking to us about his failures so we could come up with a solution and work this out Randy decided to spend his time calling my wife and I names in emails and text messages. Randy made up excuse after excuse rather than figuring out a solution that would work. Randy cannot seem to do the right thing here. Randy was never worried about my wife, my family or I. Randy was only trying to take advantage of us and get as much money out of us as he could. We are glad we saw Randy's true colors before starting our build. So stay FAR FAR away from this guy if you do not want to be taken advantage of.
