After repetitive delivery and customer service problems with Culligan Water in Coralville, we decided to look elsewhere for our business water needs, and I am so glad I found Crystal Clear in NL. Best of all, they offer a very flexible way of delivering water to us and have a great selection to choose from (multiple brands of spring water and their own brand water). From the time entering their office and being greeted to receiving the first delivery 4 hours later after signing up, this was absolutely flawless and great! Casey, that delivered the water, seemed very happy and kind. Please keep up the excellent work!

I honestly originally called to price some water delivery for my area. I ultimately decided to go with crystal clear because of the Stella customer service that Casey(forgive me if spelled wrong) gave me. He was absolutely amazing and you can tell he takes pride in his job. I don't think many other people would take time out of their personal lives to come deliver some water for us.

My employer has them as a customer and every interaction with every employee has been a pleasant experience. From the office staff, to management, to drivers and the warehouse staff has always been a place I love going. Never had a negative interaction and if I lived in their service area I would use them as my provider but sadly I don't. They have customer service skills you rarely see these days and even not being a customer I'm 100% certain they would be a great provider!

Too far to have delivered so we just call ahead. Always it have ready to go when we pull up! Great service on Mountain Valley spring water!
