Great Southern Bank

I banked here prior, even before it was Great Southern Bank. I think I still get birthday cards from them. I switched to a bank that had my car loan and I did not like it. I came in because I know this bank was a good option when I did bank with them. I came in to open a new one up and dealt with a very unfriendly banker. She started out interaction unfriendly and then she kept asking me why I was choosing to bank there when I lived out of town. I told her I knew this bank. I wanted to open an account not get questioned why. I dont go into a bank but once in a while its 2024. Super super disappointed!!

I have been to this branch twice now and the customer service has been absolutely terrible! Once to have a paper nortorized and then again for a new debit card! The same lady helped me both times and she was extremely rude! I will travel from Newton to the Ankeny branch from now on.
