Cannot get anyone to call me back regarding the status of energy assistance funds. I have left several messages. I have been approved for assistance. In the past this place has been awesome, very caring, patient and non-judgmental. I hope they are continuing to be an asset to Muscatine.

God please bless this organization! They have helped me so much since papa died . Everyone I've ever spoke to has been both kind and professional!! The world EXSPECIALLY shut ins like myself need places where you can seek help and when you are already at your lowest. Recieve help!!! Thank you community action!!!

I am so frustrated. I was approved for heating assistance in October, because I am on disability. I've called Alliant several times, they tell me it's on the computer, it hasn't been released yet. I've called the office multiple times, I either keep getting sent back to the main menu or disconnected. I've been out to the office twice. Both times the web site said the office was open, I get there and they're closed. The lights are on, nobody is there. I can't keep wasting bus fare to get to a closed office!!
