        Don't bother showing up a half hour early for an 8am appointment even if that's what they tell you. They just stare at you through locked doors and wait until 8am.

        They double book appointments, youre basically screwed when it happens especially if you ride the bus then you have basically wasted money and have to go somewhere else. They call it express care but you have to have an appointment just to be seen, never used to be that way.....just walk in, get seen and get out used to be so damn simple but the have gone to hell......if i could do negative stars i would.

        Rude desk staff very unprofessional in urgent care, I have hardly ever been here and was unaware there was a different side for drug testing. I've never been drug tested before! Sarcastic explanations for simple questions.

        About a month ago i went to urgent care at northport twice. I said i was having probs breathing.. i got turned away twice because i didnt have an appointment. I talked to someone on the phone about it. They tried to make excuses about it being a clinic and then they said they would get back to me. Well of course they didnt. Could not breathe. And turned away.. anyone know a good lawyer?
