If no stars was an option, thats what Id rate. Not only was this hotel broken down with a terrible front desk associate, he talked horrible about how my fianc and I had three kids with us and that would change the price of our room.. Mind you, we called in advance, told them 2 adults 3 kids and was told a price AND a deposit amount. Upon getting their, they showed us our suite and it was absolute garbage. There was exposed outlets, hair in the private jacuzzi, broken/cracked tub, and stains in the carpet. At that time, it was explained that the indoor pool was also closed at this time. When my fianc asked to speak to a manager, they doubled the original stated price, and added an additional $100 deposit stating how horrible kids are, and how much of a mess they would leave, then stated if a single diaper was left, we wouldnt get our deposit back at all. A $500 dollar joke of a room, because we had 3 very VERY well behaved children.. this is exactly why this pos of a hotel no longer has enough guests to keep general maintenance up to date. Their was one employee who was kind and did her very best to make light of the situation. When we were gathering our things to leave, she also stated how she could not believe the horrible things the manager at the front desk was saying about our family of 5. That woman deserves much more than that hotel can provide for her. Absolutely disgusting and will make it known to everyone, do NOT rent a room from this establishment. EVER.

There wasnt anybody up front we had to ring bell and still waited for someone. Told them wanted a smoking room but at first gave us non smoking. We nicely mentioned wanted smoking room the clerk got upset and said real snotty that it will cost more. Walking in hallway was like walking through a snow pile because it was freezing. The room was cold and took at least 3 hours to heat up. In the morning found a roach on dresser and there breakfast area at 7 am wasnt even opened. I will not be staying at this hotel again

Not a very good spot to lay your head. Rooms are filthy and don't leave anything important in your room.
