Concerns took quite a while to be addressed, if at all. Took over a year to get approval for a disability reasonable accommodation request that was requested by two medical professionals. Did not cost the property owner or alter the property. Had a disabled parking permit. Staff/ visitors consistently parked in marked spaces, was told nothing could be done about it. Entry into unit without required notice, leaving lights on or door unlocked. Refusal to comply with Iowa Renter's Rights Laws concerning move out and deposits. "Forgot" move out day, almost didn't show up for walk through, "forgot" to notify maintence of a reasonable disability accommodation that needed taken care of before move out, had to leave it behind. Do not take them by thier verbal word. Get everything in writing, signed and dated.

Not good place to live. Only has two washers and dryers for the whole place to use. Tenets their are nosy and like to steal packages sent in the mail. Plus foodyou have delivered.
