This is the only plan that works for me to lose weight. I have lost almost 65 pounds so far! I just cut my hypertension medicine by half and it will soon be gone altogether. I am learning the way to eat healthy to feed my body what it NEEDS, to live a longer life doing more things with my family. I have so much more energy already. I will warn you, the plan costs money. Money that some may think is too much. But let me tell you, not eating out as much, not to mention the money you will SAVE in medical costs when you no longer have to go to the doctor so frequently...it is WELL worth it! One says, if you dont invest in your health now, you will be forced to in the future...due to diabetes, heart disease, etc. Marsha that works at Simply Thrive is an upbeat, super friendly person that will keep you motivated and on the right path. She has followed this plan herself and understands what struggling with your weight feels like.
