Pelican Pegs

Well I must say watching the sunrise this morning was beautiful on the mighty Mississippi.. Peg is an amazing woman.. she could charge so much more for this.. right on the River.. highly recommend.. she does have Wi-Fi for you younger people..but honestly I don't think you'll need it... Pegs cooking is delicious with fresh baked blueberry muffins.. laundry service available if needed.. your own private back deck looking right out onto the river.. definitely coming back..

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Pegs! She is a very charming and caring person who makes great breakfasts and great coffee! She suggests adventures and helps with directions and makes u feel soo much at home! The room had a great beachy vibe and was clean, and the bed was comfortable, the view cant be beat, literally 50 feet from the Mississippi .

Peg is a remarkable hostess who can make strangers feel at ease in minutes. She provides comfortable, private quarters and yummy breakfasts with fresh fruit and delicious dishes that I don't make when I'm home. What a treat! After five days with Peg, we felt we were leaving a friend behind. Thanks, Peg, and God bless!
