        Great place! Ideal for waterfront relaxation. Spent quite a bit of time enjoying the grass lawn at the lakeside, waterskiing in Emerson Bay, and grilling out. Housekeeping staff is wonderful, and the office staff do all they can to make the stay enjoyable. Rooms: Clean and well maintained. Nearby activities: The lake is beautiful. Great place to teach kids how to waterski. There are many local activities you can enjoy... golf, Arnold's Park, shops, nice tennis courts in Spirit Lake Walkability: Wonderful walking opportunities in the Wahpeton neighborhood. Noteworthy details: I'm told the fishing is quite good. The Walmart and HiVee, in Spirit Lake, are very nice.
