Had sinus surgery here with Dr. Thoma and had a very pleasant experience. Caring staff and seemless check, pre op, procedure, and post op.

All the stuff are great and friendly i had 2 surgery done here both times i felt comfortable they continue to check on you to make sure your ok and doing good after the surgery they call the next day to check and make sure your doing ok let me not for get about Dr.Gibbons he done 2 of my surgery both went amazing the staff at this place is amazing thank you for your hard work Mason City Surgery Center thank you

This place does not even deserve a star! Staff was unprofessional and stated it would be apprecitive to not leave a negative review and slammed the phone in my ear! They had my order for same day surgery since August and cancelled it without calling me or telling me all because of a insurance issue! Wow I guess covid took their customer service, respect glad I was not cared for hear!

I cannot say enough good things about the Mason City Surgery Center. I was treated as a person not a number. Though they were busy, I never felt as if I was being pushed through the procedure. The service was personalized. The staff gave me the instructions I needed and I felt they truly listened to me. Thank you!
