        I love the rooms. They are very charming and roomy. The employees are very friendly. It's in a great location in downtown, close to restaurants and a microbrewery.

        Although the rooms are nice, the service is really bad and the customer service is terrible! The restaurant is not the quality you would expect for this hotel. Food is 3 star out of 10.

        Exceptional hotel. We were given the wrong room and staff were very easy to work with in correcting the situation. The billiards room was also enjoyable in the evening: pool and cocktails with family was a lot of fun.
