If I could rate these guys higher I would. I was driving home for the weekend from Iowa State University when I hit an patch of snow and found myself in the ditch 45 minutes from any friends and 6 hours from any family. I hit a lightpole, destroyed my front tire and rim beyond repair, lost my mirror, and did a lot of damage to the side of my vehicle. While driving past me, what I learned to be the boss of the company, found me and offered to get me out of the ditch and back to his shop. I, of course, was worried about fees because I don't have a lot of money right now, but he and I believe his wife assured me not to worry about anything and just let them work their magic. After maybe 10 minutes I found myself out of the ditch and in their shop. My rescuers got their guys working on my car right away. When they were unable to get my spare out of my vehicle, they went looking through their scrap yard for anything that would get me back on the road. Not only did they find a spare that would work for my vehicle, they installed it and then went looking for a replacement mirror as well. Once everything was functional again, the boss came out again and made sure his guys knew everything was on the house. Everyone was unbelievably kind and made sure I got their best work. The whole ordeal took maybe 30 minutes and I am forever grateful for these wonderful people who acted out of the kindness in their hearts. Safe to say if you're ever in the area and in need of a tow, these are the guys for you.
