The service is very good considering the volume of customer's they have to deal with. Very friendly and professional.

4th month in a row. No notification of Rx ready. Everyone checks phone numbers, finally had a sit down at the waiting area and called HQ. I thought, finally we're getting somewhere. Nope this is the last one. I've ran out too many times. Walmart gets it. Hyvee app is really terrible.

I came in to get my flue shot today and right before I get it at the last minute they ask me if I have insurance instead of asking me when I came up to check in for my appointment which I should up on time for and the pharmacy was so behind. And telling me that my insurance isnt active when I know it is and I used my insurance for a medication. Im not spending $40 dollars to get a pointless shot. Needless to say I should have made an appointment with Walmart as they ask you right away if you have insurance.

I have had wonderful experiences with Hyvee Pharmacy in multiple towns but THIS Marshalltown Pharmacy has a Pharmacy Intern named MUNG, that needs to be recognized for his Responsiveness and understanding in my need. The fact that he stopped what he was doing to help me, making my emergency his emergency, knowing my prescriptions were called in 6 hours prior to my arrival and the drivethru told me to come back in 20 minutes because they "were halfway done with one and partway done with another." I walked inside two minutes later and Mung treated me very well and got me on my way within seconds, even while the girl doing the other prescription kept saying, "well hey... are you going to ring her up then?" And then while walking the meds over to his computer, he turned toward her, smiled brightly and said, "sure!" Thanks Mung!
