Marion Village

I have lived in Marion Village for 11 years and I am extremely impressed by how management is working so hard to make our community a wonderful place to live! After the Derecho last year they worked extremely hard to get it all cleaned up so quickly! They have continued to make huge progress since. Tearing down destroyed or abandoned older homes that were an eyesore! Moving in many beautiful new homes and even putting in parking pads for your car! If I've ever had a question the office staff and management have been a great help in answering them! The maintenance guys are awesome people too! This is the absolute best I've seen this place look! It's literally quit simple, do your part in being a responsible renter/owner keeping up your residence and you have no problems! I absolutely LOVE living her and would recommend it!

I just rented a home. The application process took about 5 hours to get a decision. The leasing lady went through the rules and how to buy it when I'm ready. There is an app to pay rent online and put in fix requests for the home. I love it!

I think I made the best choice of living in Marion village,everyone is so nice and treat you like family,every time I needed maintenance it was never no wait time😊they come and serve you ASAP and I love that,I love my home it’s so nice and beautiful makes you don’t want to leave and go anywhere, Richard is over beyond nice and goes out his way to make you happy he always answer any questions you have or need😊it’s very quiet and clean, no disrespect, no loudness,it’s just like you’re in heaven😊 would I ever recommend Marion Village yes indeed I will⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I will give Marion village a ten and more

Great changes are still happening at MV. Yes, rules are in the community, but they keep it from looking trashy... it isn't a trailer park. Marion Village is definitely making changes for the better. They have come a long way from where they were a year ago. I like the changes and the clean up that is happening. The new homes are definitely making the community shine! Great
