Called on the hottest days this year, they came out after hours to take care of us on a friday!!!!. Super friendly staff had it fixed fast. Small town buisness that really takes care of their customers. Service: HVAC system repair

Called last Wednesday around 8:00 am and spoke to the woman who answered the phones. Explained our air conditioning was not working. She took my information and said someone would come out. I asked if they could please call before they came (dogs) and she said someone would. No one called. I called the next day around 3:00 pm to follow up and left a message. No returned call. Its now Wednesday of the following week and theyve yet to return my calls. If they were busy, they couldve told me that and I wouldve understood, but a week without communication is bad business.
