If I could have given less than 1 star, I would have. The last 3 times I have been here they were out of something. And one time they didn't even tell us they were out of lettuce and tomatoes, they just served the food without it. One thing is for sure, whoever is running this restaurant now has no clue what they are doing. How can u manage a Mexican restaurant and be out of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, tortillas? With?
There is a Super Walmart less than a 125 yards from the door. I realize as a franchisee you are supposed to get supplies through designated channels. But, come on!!! Shredded lettuce? Shredded cheese? Tomatoes? There is no freaking difference and if the manager had a brain he/she would know that SALES are the most important part of the business. U get what u need from where ever to keep customers happy and deal with the fall out later. Good God, it's pretty basic. Either take cash out of the drawer, or out of your own pocket, as a paid out and send someone across the parking lot to get what u need. And if u run out of Baja Blast or Pepsi, u call Pepsi. Or, call another restaurant that has same soda set up(bag in box, etc) and ask to borrow one and then pay them back when u get your truck. It doesn't have to come from another Taco Bell.

The food was bland and I ordered extra meat and cheese and supreme and they were soggy and disgusting

They were out of sour cream, jalapeo sauce, and dorrito taco shells, but it was still all an option when ordering online. Didn't find out until I was picking up the food after it was paid for. I had food missing plus the items they were out of. I'm out around $15 and was told there is no way to refund the difference. But hey, I got a card for a couple of free soft shell tacos...
