Great guy to work with. On time his crew is very good at what they do. Clean up was great no mess left behind. He did our roof and our sons roof.

10/10 Recommend. Community driven and involved which I love! Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous during this time. Jason made this process so quick and easy. He was quick to respond and on the ball. Very knowledgeable and was able to discuss and help me through what I should choose for shingle use that gave me the most options for siding color down the road. Not only does he do great work, but hes a great guy who cares deeply about the quality of his work and the place/people who surround him! Sadly, I cant recommend JB Roofing at all. For those that know me, a bad review would almost never be written. However, Jason left with me an utter mess, and I would not wish that on any one else. I hired him to do a full shingle replacement after the Derecho in 2020. A wind storm came in from the south (a month after the November install) and took off a bunch of my shingles. He was quick to come patch and repair but the weather got worse, more shingles came off, and he assured me that there was something wrong with shingles, and that I would get a new roof in the spring of 2021. He asked me if I wanted him to work through the warranty claim, and I said yes. He told me he had submitted my claim to GAF, but in truth he never did. Spring of 21 came and I called and texted and he refused to return my calls. I even talked with one of his friends and he was aware that he had left me hanging and needed to make it right. Ultimately, he made off with over $36K for my roof, and left me to deal with mess. To this day, he has never made it right. I have been dealing with GAF for more than two years. In my navet, I thought a person/business from Kalona, Iowa would have a decent moral and ethical standard, but I was mistaken. To be clear, the installation was done correctly, the peace of mind that Jason would stand behind his work, and the product that he installed was nonexistent.
