After 40 years living in the same home, we were ready to move. But choosing a realtor and finding a new home seemed daunting to us. We knew Hayley Hershberger had a good reputation as a realtor. Luckily, she was the realtor listed for a home we were interested in. I say "luckily" because we couldn't have found a more attentive, honest, helpful realtor! Hayley took care of every detail of our negotiations to buy the new home. She took care of all of the paperwork and guided us through the most difficult legal parts. After closing on our new home, we asked her to be our realtor to help sell our old home. Wow! This is where she really shined! She helped us with every detail of listing and showing our old home. It was on the market one day and we had an offer at our asking price! She was in constant contact with us throughout the purchase and sale of our homes making sure we had any questions answered. She stayed in contact with the both sellers and buyers of the houses to make sure everything went smoothly. Hayley is a sweet, caring person who is a joy to work with. We highly recommend Hayley Hershberger to anyone looking for an honest, hard working, detail orientated realtor.

Hayley was very efficient and timely with appointments and communications. She answered all of my questions and even offered advice on optional ways to proceed with the sale. I felt we worked together well from listing to closing (with and without doughnuts). She was friendly, pleasant, and understanding - and that combination is rare in today's business world. I would choose to work with Hayley again if I had another property in that area to sell.

Hayley was very professional and friendly. A down to earth personality, easy to talk to and detail oriented. She answered every question, if she didnt know the answer she would find out and call me back.
