Shawn Graber checked our HVAC unit in the home we recently moved to. For 30 years Graber serviced the HVAC units in our previous home. Excellent service that went beyond the actual installation. They helped in the planning and their follow-up is a amazing. There was a lot of new information for us and Shane and Barry helped us understand the new technology. We couldnt have asked for more wonderful, helpful and competent 11/23 update. Just had them install a mini-split heating/AC with heat pump. As usual , fabulous service! They are always so accommodating to our needs. We have relied on their heating and cooling services over the years, going back to 1970 and Dan Graber who installed our first furnace! We are very happy with business relation with Graber we established over the years. We have some rental properties in the area, and always call them with any HVAC issues. They will schedule a visit directly with tenant, call us with estimates for more expensive repairs, and send us an invoice. It all works very smoothly!
