Redesigned Mind, Hypnotherapy, Hypnosis, & Mindset Coaching

I was experiencing high anxiety and fear about an upcoming surgery and Sharon helped me to overcome both issues. She gave me the tools I needed to rewire my thinking and by the time I went in for the surgery I was actually looking forward to the changes it would have on my life. I also used her suggestions and encouragement to help me get through the hardest days immediately after surgery. I am now well on my way in my recovery journey. I know she offers many different options for treatment and I can certainly recommend her to anyone who is in need of help to improve their life and health in any way. I sought out Redesigned Mind as a supplement to the other approaches I was implementing to get unstuck and take control of my mindset. Sharon was professional and caring. Through her coaching, I have learned more about how my brain works and was given useful tools and techniques to support my lifes journey. Sharon helped me discover what holds me back and how to change the direction of my thinking. She is supportive, understanding, and encouraging while also being clear about how to examine things in a different way. I had alot of psychological blocks to work through to start loving myself and regain control of my life. Sharon was amazing in helping me release all the negative doubts and embrace myself as I am. I found a confidence I didn't know I could have in myself. She helped with work performance and confidence in any situation not just at work. I have dropped many inches and 20 lbs in a few months. I love the fact her program is long enough to transform negative thoughts into positive ways to think, while also addressing my food addiction.
