Worst hotel ever the staff at night is nice but the general manager Paula and the girl Miranda that works during the day will steal your money I had stayed for 5 nights and paid for a sixth night and was told to come get my stuff after work that I was not allowed on the property that I was on the do not rent list that I owe money from a previous stay which is a lie they refused to refund me for the sixth night but I got a refund from expida but the did charge my card 357 this morning for what they say is for a past due balance from the previous stay Paula and Miranda are thives and should be arrested I made a report with my bank and will be making a police report as well if you stay watch out for Paula and Miranda.

I was there during the recent blizzard. The cable went out for a few days. Out of milk for a few days which was unnecessary. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom area. Have children running up and down the halls yelling, screaming, slamming doors. Needing to stay longer they arent willing to work with you or give you any type of discount. The parking lot was a mess and they didnt have it plowed for days and couldnt even keep walkways or doorways salted or cleared.
