        I had a marvelous experience at the meat and cheese counter, as I was planning a bereavement meal. The attendant showed me how to fold the cheese and meat to fit on the small Hawaiian buns that I was using, and advise me on portioning the amount of people that I was serving. He, also, help me make a wise selection on the type of ham that would cover everyone's palette.
