Sandy has helped me feel more grounded and has helped me become clearer about what directions I want to take in my life. Sandy Kemp is an exceptionally knowledgeable healer with a deep well of experience, making our sessions a combination of education, mentoring and profound healing. I felt empowered to continue the healing process and be fully prepared for the next session, meaning my healing transformation will take a lot less time than if it was more passive. During the next session we talked about my progress, so I could see how much benefit was coming to me, even after only one session. I strongly feel my improvement is continuing, and accelerating! I look forward to more sessions together with excitement and confidence. I was surprised at how well I could sense what was happening as she worked in my energy field, clearing blocks, smoothing rough spots, and bringing me into a wonderful balance and peace. In fact, in a recent remote session (we were connected by phone only) I could feel her working in my biofield, and experienced exactly the same sense of peace and relaxation as I did when I was in her studio. I have completed five healing sessions with Sandy Kemp and am continuing to have regular sessions. Sandy helped me look at my life holistically, seeing and acknowledging my strengths and gifts and also healing areas that were blocked. She is teaching me how to maintain my energy boundaries. I have incorporated her recommended daily meditations which help me stay grounded and calm. Thank you, Sandy, for helping me love myself and take care of my whole being.

What a fantastic experience! Sandy made me feel comfortable with my first time receiving energy work. She explained what energy work is and then together we discussed and set some personal goals for me. I felt very relaxed during the hands on portion of the service and felt very energized after. Talking with Sandy and receiving the work really helped to put things in life into perspective and helped me to feel more capable and in control of my life. Thanks Sandy!

I saw Sandy almost once a week over some months, and I went from skeptic to believer. Those sessions helped me to reconnect with my body after huge life and geographic changes. I do not understand what happens when she does this energy work (though she explained it), but I understood my experience. The shifts in how I felt at a fundamental level were undeniable, immediate, and positive. What a gift!
