For the lease year 2022-2023, I lived at one of Westwinds' managed apartment properties in Iowa City, 7 South Linn Street. Westwinds was the most professional property management company that have ever had, in leasing apartments for a total of 16 years with 11 different property management companies. In particular, Westwinds did a great job in subletting my apartment for me, when I decided to move out-of-state after I had renewed my lease for a second year. I strongly recommend Westwinds to anyone who wants a hassle-free apartment leasing and living experience in Iowa City.

I lived in a Westwinds rental unit for a year and then got assistance from Teague Case with the purchase of a condo. The rental unit was in great condition when I moved in and the maintenance team was awesome. Highly recommend these guys if youre looking to move to this area! Rent or buy they are your people!

Kudos to the maintenance team at Westwinds for a quick response to my plumbing problem (backed-up tub drain). Ian appeared approximately 30 min after my call to the office. In my Westwinds three story condo rental building (where the bathrooms are stacked one over the other), I am on the lowest floor. My tub/shower was empty when I went to bed and filled with 4 inches of dirty water when I went to take a shower the next day. Though he was unable to remove the blockage with the tools he had, he called the office and arranged to have City Sewer Co. plumber come on an urgent basis. It took a little over an hour of power auger manipulation to undo the clog. The problem was solved in under 5 hours from my call. I have always found Westwinds management to be very responsive to acute problems. I just signed my 4th year lease for next year, and Im happy that I did.

We recently got house with the help of Todd Case and his team. It was great journey with Westwind company. Everything thing was done on time , very smooth house closing and staff did fabulous work to complete documentation work. -Quickly response -Patiently working -No hidden things -Right guidance -Work ethic We had great Christmas in our new house. I would personally recommend their service to others.
