      image No matter how many times you call nobody returns your call which isnt great. But the long weekend I ran into trouble I somehow got Mr Nelson on the emergency line. He came out to fix my water heater. I was so happy about that and this is why they get 4 stars. They only accept checks or cash which is a bummer. So if you need something done you have to see if someone will answer the phone between 8am and 1pm. Otherwise dial another plumber.
