The therapists are VERY knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I used to hate therapy. Ever since I've been going to Tiffany, I look forward to it! Not to mention they know they're stuff!

Stay far away from this place if you value your mental health. While the care my doctor provided was fine, dealing with the billing department has been a nightmare. Following my last visit in May, I received a call saying I had a balance of $200 on my account. I paid it, and received a confirmation that my balance was zero dollars. Six months later, I receive a four-figure bill in the mail for two years worth of visits, which I had already paid for. I called the billing department at Nystrom and Associates (who bought out this office) and the woman who answered the phone could not have been more rude and condescending. Again, stay far away unless you enjoy medical billing errors

Wonderful place to see a psychiatrist and/or for mental health therapy. All staff are kind and helpful.

PLEASE don't go here EVER!! Save yourself the hassle!!!!!!!! I went over a meeting by one minute because the psychiatrist was talking about her OWN life and now I owe over $350 to these people. I was VERY adamant about leaving right at 15 minutes the first couple times we met and the one time she decides to go on a rant and make me be the psychiatrist for HER I'm charged an "over time fee". Completely ridiculous. A complete scam. Nothing they said or did worked, I would talk to the psychiatrist for about 5 minutes and she would just up the dose immediately, and go on to talk about her weekend etc. Wish I could give negative stars, feeding off of and scamming mentally ill people when you're the ones supposed to help is the lowest the bar can go. I honestly don't know how these scam artists sleep at night.
