Decent massage, worked on back, shoulders and bad leg, recognized areas that were a problem and helped relax stress that was causing pain. Saw Bella who stated she was still training, but did a reasonable job and adjusted technique when I made suggestions. Will go back

Paradise Spa has two Iowa City locations and both are top quality in every way. I've been frequenting these establishment for about 8 years and I am always welcomed with smiles and open arms. All of the therapists in my experience have been very kind, friendly, and provide a quality massage. I will continue to visit every chance I get. I highly recommend their services.

One of the best in town in my opinion. Very flexible with appointments, most of the time you can just walk in. Even when busy, they can still get you in. I always need deep tissue because of lower back pain, and I'm always taken care of well. Hot stone, some back walking if needed. All around great experience. They even gave me a free half hour on my birthday. lol
