        I have waited for three hours for a splint because I fractured my thumb. There hasnt been anyone to check in on me and I am sitting in the patient room in pain. Very unprofessional.

        I was seen at two urgent cares and was told to go to the ER. The doctor was unprofessional and would not prescribe me any pain medication for my pain! Despicable! The doctor said unless I had cancer or broken bones she could not prescribe me any pain medication. I have a disability and I believe she was taking advantage of me! I was seen and treated in the emergency department by Allison Walsh, PA. Please report her!

        This is the place to go if you don't want to wait in the waiting room for 4 hours. Sometimes I leave in the room a little too long but much better than U of I all in all Mercy is my number one

        Called for information to emergency room at 7:30 PM got transferred to the Dubuque hospital to get transferred back to Iowa City and was told I would get a phone call from someone on call, no one ever called me back.
