Basement Replacement Experts

I had this company install an egress window on a job site. When I had a problem with the sash leaking water they would never return my phone calls or emails. I recently put in a request for their federal ID number so I could send them a 1099 but I have absolutely no faith that I will ever hear from them. The workmanship on the installation was decent but I definitely cannot recommend a company that will not warranty their work

Today I had Basement Rx come out and install an egress window, replace three additional basement windows, and blocked in two other window openings. It is so wonderful to work with a contractor that is so professional. They showed up on time, asked if where they parked was ok, walked the project with me, then got right on with the job. No dilly dallying. They were incredibly organized and efficient with their time. The did all of this work in one day. I watched them work, zero shortcuts. The quality of their workmanship is unprecedented. These are true bricklayers/masons that are employed by Basement Rx. They are not some fly by night subcontractor. When the project was finished they cleaned up thoroughly. What makes this even more incredible, is that they were the lowest bid! I will find more work for them to do, just so I can experience quality and professionalism. They can use me as a reference anytime and have people come see their work first hand. These people are all great towork with and they do an amazing job. We had two big egress windows and two daylight windows installed. The crew was always on time, worked hard even during really trying conditions. Big heatwave. It all looks great. Service: Installation
