We love it here. Moved from Des Moines to this apartment. Landlords are easy to get along with, it's nice and quite, neighbors are really kind. The apartments are really nice. Well worth the price.

If you like to be harassed by management and maintenance while forking over an arm and a leg to pay rent in the town of Indianola this is the place for you!! $1200+ a month the first year and when they got you so broke you cant leave they raise the rent to ensure youre everlasting business! If you have dogs and they happen to bark just a little bit during the day before curfew you can be sure to get a knock on your door from the property manager telling you to keep your dogs down without any formal complaints from your neighbors! Keep in mind Ive never missed a payment or been late on rent or had a complaint, In the end if youre looking for a place with insane double standards for every single tenant and feeling like you have a target on your back for no reason this place will gladly take you! If I could Id give this 0 stars for how amazing this little gem in indianola is. Cheers!!!
