Have not fixed problems in over a year. They want to replace vanity, top, and faucet with products from a place called the Re-Store. Other people's used and defective products!! Also replaced my toilet seat from the same store, used and defective!! I asked a employee if she would put the used products in her home, she told me no because she owns her home!! I guess if you rent a place from Kartay Management you don't deserve new products. Sounds like discrimination???!!!! 2 employees were here yesterday March 19,2024 to inspect my apartment and sign papers for rent. I told them I would not sign until repairs were made from a year ago. They proceeded to tell they will start the process of eviction!! After living here going on 15years . This is how they treat their tenants!!

Just called to ask some general questions about previous rental history ,word of advice talk to Denise dont talk to anyone else ! I spoke with a Stephanie mind you when I lived there I had false reports made against me that there was someone staying with me who wasnt ,I was given a letter stating I had 3 days to get out which is illegal especially with a child in the residence ,I called today because I simply wanted to know what I could do on my end to get this resolved so it doesnt keep affecting me in the future ! Ive never been so berated and belittle for asking simple questions ,accused of lying (I asked what factors would be included for giving a bad reference on a background history to which she said we gave you a bad landlord reference ,unpaid money and breach of contract to which I asked what does a bad landlord reference mean and she proceeds to say I thought you didnt know there was a bad Landlord reference You just told me there was and Im asking what it means ) and then rude remarks made about the place I rented and her saying well I know what apartments we have when I tried to give her the information as to which apartment I had rented ,but she claimed she didnt have ,called back to ask why was I treated so rudely and was told I was just going off the information I have on my computer lol after you just told me you didnt have the information and it was in a box and you didnt have time to look for it ,what a terrible way to treat anyone ! If I could give a zero I definitely would
