This is the worst apartment company you could rent from stay away. They're overpriced garbage. The first apartment my girlfriend lived in flooded multiple times and they never truly fixed the main reason water got into the apartment. The second apartment we both lived in was horrible the bathroom fan was a clogged mess when we moved in ( even tho they charge everyone that leaves a cleaning fee ) Multiple radiators did not work and they took their sweet time replacing them. The ac which was also trash was covered in mold which once again clearly they don't clean. The bathtub had a bunch of nicks in it we had a lot of issues with the sinks and bathtub draining. Also things they took their sweet time to address. Very happy to finally be out of there.

Genuinely think that this is one of the worst experience Ive had with a landlord. 1. We moved in and the place was a mess! Fans didnt work, patio door didnt lock (still doesnt after a year of living there), color on the white doors from the children who lived there previously, toilet broken, washer/dryer were broken. I could go on and on. 2. Our washer started leaking water, not just a little leak the water leaked into the kitchen area and it took maintenance over an hour to get someone to our house and when they came they were NO help. They left a shampooer for my husband and I to soak up the water ourselves. 3. Apparently when you move out you are in change of purchasing paint to paint over the holes? I thought as a renter this is something the property owners were in change of. 4. Dogs, no one picks up after their dogs. They say there is a 150 dollar fine but thats never actually given to tenants who dont pick up after their pets. Pros: Its a great location Very family oriented/quite

Dave is amazing and his staff always considerate and fix things in a timely manner. Thanks. Only reason I'm moving is for a closer commute to work. Class organization.
