        Don't do business with these people. Took a chain saw in they said they worked on it charged me 157 bucks. Take it home go to make a cut and it does the exact same thing it did when I took it in. They're crooks. I'll drive 500 miles one way to get service before I'll spend another penny here.

      You brought us a THIRTY year old chainsaw that has NO signs of maintenance or service history from us, that was having an intermittent issue. Our technician was fortunate enough to recreate an intermittent issue and he repaired accordingly. The saw tested satisfactory on multiple occasions here. Obviously we missed something, I apologize for that! We make make mistakes and we miss things. It's pretty extreme to call us "Crooks" and drive 500 miles to another dealer for one mistake with out even giving us a shot to make things right with ya. But of that's the path you choose, I can't stop ya! But if you do decide to bring it in, We'll go above and beyond to take care of you!
