        Will not settle a claim. Very poor service for a multi million company that advertise that there great. They suck on collision claims. Also heard from of a lot of other people they are not a great company when it comes to claims .

        I recently started using Ellison Insurance Agency in Solon. Prior to that I was using State Farm (I would highly recommend not to use State Farm by the way). Joanne is my agent and I couldn't ask for a nicer, accommodating, and tenacious agent. I am saving a lot of money since switching. In general, better service and coverage and better pricing.
