        Call center advised I would get a call back after they spoke with insurance, received a call about verifying my appointment from the local shop and I had to ask about the coverage. Local shop installed showed up, seemed like a great guy. Safelite, please go back and listen to my call with the call center and you will hear the discussion about the location of the Bronco logo on the windshield. When the installer showed up the new windshield on my new bronco would not have had the Bronco logo on it and said I would need OEM windshield and that would cost me out of pocket. Canceled my install and left a message for my insurance. My step son worked at the local Iowa Safelight call center and has a lot of stories about what it is like working there, essentially "it is a mess". If Safelite would have advised me earlier in the week when I called or called me back with the details like "we discussed were the logo was on the windshield and you will not be getting the one we discussed unless you pay out of pocket" I would feel differently about Safelite.
