Hall & Hall was a GREAT Civil Engineering firm to work with! They assisted us on a 23 acre site development in Cedar Rapids from the early site design stages all the way to project turnover. Their knowledge and expertise was second to none and they were fantastic working with the City through approvals. As an out-of-town General Contractor they made the process easy, even recommending several subcontractors along the way who turned out to be rockstars for us. I can't say enough about this firm - you will be in great hands with Hall & Hall!

I have personally worked with Hall and Hall for about 8 years and they have worked for my employer for much longer than that. They have been a great partner in everything that we do. When there is an emergency (like a flood coming) they drop everything to give the surveying services needed to determine elevations of flood protection and assure the safety and integrity of our plant. I have also worked with them on various larger projects. My largest project with them was $6.5MM+ and they did all of the surveying, landscape architecture, permitting, as-built surveys, etc. They were an invaluable partner in the process. Susan, Loren, and Chris were my main contacts. Every time I needed something they did it quickly, correctly, and accurately the first time. I had another engineering firm doing the larger process design of the project and Hall and Hall interfaced with them with zero issues. I never had to get involved to make sure that the two firms were working together and pushing forward in the same direction. Hall and Hall also interfaced directly with my civil contractor for the GPS data needed to program their earth moving machine. Again, zero involvement from me for everything to happen correctly. For future projects that require the capabilities of Hall and Hall they will be my first call.
