We hired Tom to finish grade and seed our acre and a half new construction site and clean out our neighbors culverts/ditches due to silt runoff from our yard. He did a FANTASTIC job, hes very thorough and extremely meticulous in what he does. Hes also very responsive and extremely hard workingdefinitely wants the customer (and their neighbors) to be happy!! Thank you Cedar Prairie Grading!

Tom is a great contractor to work with. He works long hours of the day to get the work done. He cares about the small jobs and is very professional.

This is just a short note to express how much my wife and I appreciate the work and professionalism Tom Miller/ Cedar Prairie Grading did after the Derecho in Cedar Rapids. Tom extracted the stumps on over 13 trees and then cleaned out a drainage ditch to keep the water flowing in an efficient manner back to our pond. He always showed up on time and had his machinery ready to go. We could tell quickly this was not Tom's first rodeo. He almost surgically removed the stumps and extracted them like a bad tooth. Mr. Miller's work was reasonably priced and we look forward to additional excavation work in the future.

Tom did a great job for us. Most important is he says what he is going to do and than does it. Tom backs up his word with his work. He works with you and makes sure you are happy with the results.

Tom did a really nice job clearing a treed lot for a new home build for me. He also created a building pad for this new home on a slope. Timely, professional, very easy guy to work with. Would recommend him highly.
